Our 3 garden annex options.

The starting point for your annex will be the design and layout, which will always depend on your garden and available space. Typically an annex will fit into one of two shape configurations, either a rectangle or an L shape (see below). At the initial site survey we will measure up and talk through options for how you can achieve a workable living area with kitchen, shower/WC room and a bedroom. Importantly we’ll show you how we can incorporate various storage areas, and how we can create room for dining and dressing areas too.

Got something a
little different in mind?

Kitchen.

We prefer to work with Howdens due to their extensive high quality and robust range. Once planning permission has been approved and deposit organised, we will put you in touch with your local kitchen designer who will visit to agree on your dream layout, units, appliances and work surface. We’ll include a basic kitchen within our quote (to include all fitting and electrics/pluming) and if you want to splash out on something more unique we can simply make an adjustment on the balance invoice.

Bathroom.

Typically we work with Victoria Plum whom we find our fantastic both on their range and quality or products, but importantly with their excellent service and returns policy. We have a trade account so you simply pick the bathroom suit you like, we will order it and plan in the installation.

Storage & Cupboards.

No annex will be complete and workable without appropriate storage areas. We will design these in and work with you to source products that we can then fit for a small additional charge. We’ve worked with Ikea, B&Q and Wickes – all of which offer extensive wardrobe and shelving alternatives.
